Ethan's expertise is hair color correction and foil coloring and
encourages blondes to come to him. He also uses a special non-aluminun
foil that is not only lets him watch the hair highlights process,but is
much better for the enviroment. Ethan also lowlights for a a natural
hair color. you do not have to blonde to be foiled. Remember that in
